The More Delicious Way to Get Your Morning Greens

I juice regularly because I simply feel better when I am consuming my regular greens. I will admit that it's not always easy, and there are times when I drink it quickly so that it's over faster. I LOVE smoothies in the morning though. So I decided to do both in one and oh my Lord it is so much easier now!

Here's what you do straight and simple:

Juice your greens of choice (I like kale, spinach, cucumber, and celery)

Unpeel a banana

Put it in the blender

Add your green juice



That's it and you now have both!

Don't forget that you have options with the leftover shredded greens aside from throwing them out. Choose to compost them or save them and throw them in your next crazy bread loaf. Yum.
