In this project we aimed to pay respect to the past homeowner, Milt, who dedicated his life’s work to the environment and sustainability. From limestone flooring in the sunroom, to induction stove in the kitchen, geo thermal heating, EV charging for cars, solar panels, and locally made tile, this home is highly sustainable, earth friendly, and beautiful. It was an honor to be a part of it.
